Hatteras Island surf Red Drum Oct. 1991
44 1/2 pound Red Drum caught a half mile south of Ramp 23 using cut Mullet. The only size limit at that time was a minimum size limit of 18 inches. In 1992, a maximum size limit of 27 inches was put into effect. Sorry its blurry, surf mist covered the lens.
